I- LA BELLE ÉLECTRIQUE : SCOPE


Article 1.

The building of "La Belle Électrique" includes a reception hall, a concert hall, a bar-restaurant, a mezzanine and three terraces.

Public can access La Belle Électrique from the Andry Farcy esplanade.

II- OPENING DAYS AND HOURS


Article 2.

The bar-restaurant of La Belle Électrique is open to the public at the times indicated at the entrance, in the information leaflets and on La Belle Électrique's website.

The other spaces are open depending on the activities and the way they are held.

III- CONDITIONS OF ACCESS TO A CONCERT / EVENT


Article 3.

Anyone who does not comply with the internal regulations, as well as certain provisions specific to an activity (information to the public by signs, on a screen, recorded or printed message) may be refused entry to the site. They will be expelled without being able to claim reimbursement for their ticket.


Article 4.

Access to the hall can only be given to people with a ticket, an invitation, or an easement granted by La Belle Électrique.

In the event of a reduced rate, proof may be requested in order to validate it. In the event of failure to present proof, the offender will have to pay the difference between the reduced rate and the normal rate.


Article 5.

At the site entrance (pre-check), the public may have to undergo a safety pat-down and possibly present their open bag to the establishment's security service for a visual check. Access to the room may be refused to anyone refusing to submit to this security measure.


Article 6.

In addition to the provisions of Article 5, it is forbidden to enter the room:

  • with cameras, sound recording and / or audiovisual materials. Items can be left in the cloakroom. In the event of theft or loss of these items, the management of La Belle Électrique can not be held responsible. If the owner of an unauthorized object refuses to part with it, access to the venue will be refused without refund of the ticket.
  • with pyrotechnic items;
  • with any object considered to be a risk for the public and the artists, or which could disturb the smooth running of an activity;
  • with signs and banners of any size of a political, ideological, religious or advertising nature.
Anyone who violates the above provisions is liable to prosecution.


Article 7.

Any person in a state of intoxication will not be able to enter the venue without the right to refund their ticket.


Article 8.

When the bar serves alcoholic drinks, access to the bar and to the concerts is prohibited for people under the age of 16 unaccompanied by an adult (art. L3342-3 of the Public Health Code).


Article 9.

Access to the venue is prohibited for minors under 18 years old during late evenings (11pm > 6am). Proof can be requested. In the event of failure to present proof, access may be refused without the right to reimbursement of the ticket.


Article 10.

Animals are prohibited. Exceptional cases can be decided (guide dog for instance).

IV- RULES OF ACCESS TO THE SHOWS


Article 11.

Since La Belle Électrique operates in free seating, the ticket does not necessarily give access to a seat.


Article 12.

In the event of cancellation or postponement of the event, any refund of the ticket will be subject to the conditions of the event organizer.


Article 13.

It is recommended that you occupy your seat 30 minutes before the start of the show. Access to the site is not guaranteed after the show's start time mentioned on the ticket and will not be eligible for a refund.


Article 14.

The venue can arrange for the evacuation of any person disturbing public order.

V- PROHIBITIONS


Article 15.

It is forbidden to photograph, film or record within the premises.


Article 16.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the building.


Article 17.

It is forbidden to bring food or drinks into La Belle Électrique.


Article 18.

Spectators are forbidden to engage in any behavior that presents a danger to other spectators.

Racist, sexist, homophobic or other discriminatory attitudes will not be tolerated on the premises. Discrimination, harassment, verbal, physical or sexual aggression are punishable by law.

The management of La Belle Électrique reserves the right to expel any offender, to consider measures concerning the offender and to facilitate possible legal sanctions.


Article 19.

All behaviors and / or visual elements prohibited by law are prohibited.


Article 20.

Cell phone use is tolerated unless it the opposite has been stated before the start of the show or activity.


Article 21.

The public is authorized to circulate in the hall, the mezzanine, the terraces when an activity is taking place and with the authorization of the operator, except in particular configurations.

The public is not allowed to go on the stage during the show and to enter the cloakroom, technical areas, offices, backstage, sales and information areas.


Article 22.

The activation of the fire alarms can only take place when necessary. Any abuse will be punished

VI- INFORMATION


Article 23.

The public is warned that in the event of an audiovisual shooting in the building, they can be shot and appear on the final videos / pictures.

Article 24.

Any exit is definitive. In exceptional cases, a voucher will be issued and will only be valid with the stub of the ticket.

VII- OTHER CASES


Article 25.

Any promotion, distribution of leaflets or items inside and around the building must be subject to the express authorization of La Belle Électrique.

Any use of the hall's electrical network by a spectator is prohibited.

Drinks may only be consumed inside the performance hall. Leaving the venue with drinks from La Belle Électrique is forbidden.

Le Labo de La Belle, located 51 boulevard Gambetta in Grenoble.

I- LE LABO DE LA BELLE : SCOPE


Article 1.


Le Labo de La Belle
brings together on the ground floor an open office space, two closed offices and a meeting room. Three rehearsal / creation studios are located in the basement. Publics and users can access it via Parc Hoche and Boulevard Gambetta.

II- OPENING DAYS AND HOURS OF LE LABO DE LA BELLE


Article 2.

Le Labo de La Belle
is open to publics and users at the times indicated at the entrances, in the information leaflets and on the website of La Belle Électrique.

The other spaces are open depending on the activities and the way they are held.

III- RULES OF ACCESS TO THE SPACES

Article 3.

Anyone who does not comply with the internal regulations, as well as certain provisions specific to an activity (information to the public by signs, on a screen, recorded or printed message) may be refused entry to the site, or be expelled without being able to claim any refund.


Article 4.

Access to Le Labo de La Belle can only be given to the publics and users who are members of the MixLab association, or invited to come and work on the premises.


Article 5.

At the entrance to Le Labo de La Belle (pre-check), publics and users may be required to undergo a safety pat-down and possibly present their open bag to the building's security service for a visual check. Access to Le Labo de La Belle may be refused to anyone refusing to submit to this security measure.


Article 6.

In addition to the provisions of Article 5, it is forbidden to enter Le Labo de La Belle:

  • with cameras, sound recording and / or audiovisual. The itels can be put in the clorakroom. In the event of theft or loss of these objects, the management of MixLab can not be held responsible. If the owner of an unauthorized item refuses to part with it, access to Le Labo de La Belle will be refused;
  • with pyrotechnic items;
  • with any object considered to be a risk for the publics and users, or which could disturb the smooth running of an activity. It is forbidden to engage in religious or political acts, to distribute leaflets, to carry out collections, subscriptions, collection of signatures or surveys of public opinion in the premises of Le Labo de La Belle.

Anyone who violates the above provisions is liable to prosecution.


Article 7.

Anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be able to enter Le Labo de La Belle.

Out of respect for other users of the premises and within the framework of Decree No. 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006, smoking is prohibited in all Le Labo de La Belle premises.


Article 8.

IV- SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF USE OF REHEARSAL AND CREATION PREMISES


Article 9: Public access and security

The number of people inside the premises may not exceed:

  • Room N ° 1 (ex n ° 3): 8 people
  • Room N ° 2 (ex n ° 1): 7 people
  • Room N ° 3 (ex n ° 2): 5 people

No one outside the band will be accepted in the room.

Emergency exit and evacuation plan:

  • The emergency exit is located in room 1 (see evacuation plan)
  • A key giving access to this room is available in an emergency in the fire key box, attached to the wall at the entrance to room 1.
  • Damage to this box in a non-emergency evacuation case will result in the immediate and definitive exclusion of the perpetrators.


Article 10: Reservation of premises

To be able to use a room / studio, it is mandatory to have signed the Agreement for the use of the premises.

The user may not exceed or change his rehearsal slots without having received the approval of the Coordinator.

Any user who has given a false phone number or a false address will see the agreement canceled upon discovery of this fact.

Each member of the band must be individually identified and must have signed the Agreement for the use of the premises and these Internal Rules. This agreement will be valid from JANUARY 1 to DECEMBER 31 and must be renewed each year.


Article 11: Time slots

The attendance times defined in the slot registration form (appendix 1) must be strictly observed.

The management, or any person delegated by it, reserves the right to monitor the attendance status of each user at any time.


Article 12: Creation premises

The rehearsal studios can only be used for the establishment of repertoire, creation, sound research and musical exchanges. In the interests of their health, users agree to work at reasonable sound powers and to follow the advice of the support manager when asked to limit them.


Article 13: Prohibitions

In all the premises, it is prohibited:

  • to consume or introduce alcoholic beverages;
  • to introduce dangerous or illegal items.

Only non-alcoholic drinks are allowed.It is also forbidden to store anything in the common areas.

Article 14: Behavior

Users must respect the buildings, technical equipment and furniture.

Correct and respectful behavior is required with regard to other users and staff. No act of violence or provocation will be allowed.

No personal vehicle, scooter or bicycle will be tolerated in the common areas, premises, and in the yard.

Users are solely responsible for their personal effects. MixLab declines all responsibility in the event of theft, damage or loss of personal effects that users may suffer.

In the event of an offense, users alone have the right to lodge a complaint with the police station.

Any abusive behavior that would harm the working conditions or the conviviality in Le Labo de La Belle will result in the immediate and definitive exclusion of the authors.

Article 15: Waste management

A trash can is available in the entrance to the premises, upstairs: Please remove your waste yourself at each end of the slot.


Article 16: What to do in the event of illness or accident

In the event of discomfort or an accident occurring in the rehearsal rooms, users must call the competent emergency services:

  • Firefighters - Fires, accidents and medical emergencies: 18
  • SAMU - Medical emergencies in urban areas: 15
  • Emergency Police or Gendarmerie: 17
  • Emergency telephone number in Europe: 112

Users are asked to report to the staff of MixLab any accident or discomfort occurring in the premises.


Article 17: Complaints and suggestions

Suggestions or complaints regarding the operation of the premises can be made to the support manager and to the representative of MixLab. In case of disagreement with these, the users concerned are invited to let them know by specifying the terms of the disagreement, by letter or by interview, to the president of MixLab.

V- SANCTIONS


Article 18: Sanctions

Any violation of these regulations exposes its author to the exclusion of rehearsal premises and, where applicable, to legal proceedings. Any attempt or realization of theft, destruction, degradation or deterioration of a movable or immovable object is punishable by criminal sanction, in application of articles 311-1 and following, 322-1 and 322-2 of the new Penal Code.


Article 19: Miscellaneous instructions

For reasons of safety, urgency or to ensure the proper functioning of the public service, users must comply with the instructions of the staff of MixLab.


Article 20: Knowledge and opposition of these regulations

All users are deemed to be aware of the provisions of these regulations which will be fully applicable to them in the equipment. The rules will be displayed visibly in each rehearsal room.
